I have signed the Annual Maintenance contract with Kings Electricals & Electronics, #993-MIG, TNHB colony, Velachery, Chennai 600042 on 07.05.2010.

As per terms and conditions the company is supposed to rectify any problem for one year from the date of contract but whenever we call for rectification of any problem this guy never turn back. I have made more 100 calls to him and several sms to his mobile number but no result.

He is a cheater and never sign AMC with fellow.

My AMC no. 1008 and the AMC is valid from 7/5 to 6/5.

Infact, I did not want to spoil his business as a caution I sent several letters and sms stating that I will approach consumer forum if failed satisfy the AMC conditions but, I left with no option other than registering the compliant.

Dear consumers this is my experience please never get cheated by such cheap companies.
