Cheated and not authorized Fabe

Hi

I have enquired with Just Dial for the service of Faber authorized services. THey give me the number for Kitchen care solutions from Indra Nagar Mr Chandran (91)-(80)-66816332,

Beware of this company, it is a cheat. They have cheated and given a wrong bill of 3650/- to my parents who were not aware and paid them.

Faber authorized service people came and claimed this person is not dealing with them and that the work he claims he has done on the stove is not done.

1) He has replaced our auto ignition with another old auto igntition and charged for 2600/- as a new piece charge

2) He claimed he replaced a valve and gave us the old valve. Faber confirmed that the valve he has given is not even a part of the gas stove and he has simply cheated and charged 850/- for the same.

My mother asked him the original package of the changed parts and that time he said that he has rush for another appointment and ran away like a thief. That itself they understood that he is not genuine.

Beware of this cheat, he is extremely tricky and non trustable
