Non receipt of Refund

I have ordered online Transcend Jetflash 500 4GB Pen drive vide order No 3269029 & paid Rs 444/- on 02 Apr 12. Despite sending several emails, requests, writing reviews and false assurances from 100 bestbuy.com I could not get refund of above amount. Legal action should be taken against the Company and this Company should be banned for online trading forthwith sothat other public/customers like me should not suffer. Despite sending order details, postal address etc the Company is not refunding the money. They are big cheater.

An immediate action is requested in taking legal action aginast theabove Co as well as banning them for online trading.
