I want justice for my problem against Kodak

Respected sir

I had buy Kodak camera (kcgmu02813339) on 30’september’2010 within one year warranty at savithri digital computers, coimbatore-641009. Camera lens cover didn't open and micro phone not working properly this was arise on 7'march'2011. i ask savithri digital computers for this problem they turn me to a Kodak service center. I need to visit HCL-Touch, Coimbatore-641018.I have visited on 8'march'2011 they said please wait one week let we cure this problem if we can't cure, we replace and give new camera. so i return with confident after 36 days (12'April'2011) they made a call and said there is problem for dust so we are not responsible for this problem so please bring back your camera from us. This is my conversation with them. Please give justice for my problem against Kodak.
