Delivery of faulty appliances

I recently purchased Electrolux EDP195 refrigerator for Kohinoor Electronics. The appliance was faulty on delivery. Even after being notified there was no response from the store. After several visits to the store (Do not attempt to call, as these people are unaware of the technology it seems) some sales guy showed up at home. With his rude taunting language, his attempt was to prove that the refrigerator was manhandled by us (thankfully it was the delivery guy who had registered the problem first hand). We were directed to Electrolux service center and the things worsened.

I would recommend not to buy Electrolux refrigerator, especially from Kohinoor Electronics. It is an experience as bad as you can get.
