We had a problem with an AC we bought and registered a complaint (BASC01-347845) on 01-10 and we have not been updated about it since then. Every time i call them, they promise to send a service personnel the next day but very conveniently forget about the same. It has been more than 4 months but i haven't even heard once from them. I have spoken to managers at different levels- Ms. Sarita, Mr Velu, Mr. Ramesh and Mr Madhavacharya but all of them seem to be having the same attitude, - just plain Indifferent.
