I have purchased koryo spilt 1.5 t AC from E ZONE but after four months it has stopped working now its been 15 days no one has turned up and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received customer care is not helping even i had discussion with Service Head (Sanjeev singh - banglore) he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced. And worst part is that today i called up and i came to know that he has resigned.

I have spoken to another head called Jay sharma but he was not sure whthere it will be fix or not...

Is any one in KORYO AC Division can solve my issue will fine else will through the ac from my home.
