Air conditioner not working

I had purchased one A/c Koryo make on 30-5-10, but now its not cooling at all. I have been calling the call center (18004257722) for the past one week. They registered the complaint but nobody has come so for to attend the complaint. I think I should take them to consumer court as the product is still in the warranty period.
