Not working properly

Dear sir

my name is anil kumar prajapati i have bought a koryo microwave oven kmc 2522 from BIG BAZAR (rave moti) Kanpur on 11 june. but that is not working properly from first day this microwave is very poor quality they all are very cheat person they said to me it is very good quality but its not i have lost my 7000 thosend RS. also pls do somthing for this
