New 15 Ltr Water Heater (Geyser) after installing it was found that water tank (copper) is leaking. Lodged a complain on Toll free no. 1800 1033 111. A Complain No. 312071401141 was given on 14/7 and aws informed that within 24 to 48 hrs someone from service centre would attend the problem, but till date no one has come and there is no response from the company.
