We purchase Electrolux 172 oxyinsta pre - matt referigerator from A One Electronics Maninagar Ahmedabad, on 02/05 bill no. MN / 0452 Rs.7300/-

At presen our freedge outof order becacuse cooling system not workin.

we fill up gas every year that is 2008 2009 2010 every year we paid gas fillup charges.last year maruti services fill up gas and chaged 1200/- on 15.5.2010

now we complain to maruti service station on 27.3.2011 our fridge out of order.company service engg come and told gas leakge . you have chaged 1200/-

I thought your company is multinational and ISO .It is required every year fill up gas in fridge . and we paid chage?

I think your service engg. untrained he canot found leakges

I mean that your fridge manufacturing defact.

So please change me fridge and give new fridge

We also Complain 1.4.2011 on toll free complain no. PAHM 0104110068 at 1.05 pm

He said we forward your complain and change your refrigerator. Till date we have not recived any fridge or call from your side.

Now today we talk to sapna desai on 7.4.11 at 11.20 am she told me pl wait and disconect phone again we talk to Mr. Ambi he told we forwarded your complain to our service department and change refrigerator.
