Worst service

I am urmimala, lecturar of vidyasagar university. last year i bought a kutchina kitchen chimney (vogue ss rs 15, 000). but after two month it stop working, so i contact their service man, he promise me to come but all the time he failed.after 3 months he came and recognised one of the motor need to be replaced. he was asking for money though i was in warranty period. then i claim for the motor till the date i am waiting for replacement
