Didnot Replace my Coole

Dear Sir,

This is Abhishek Kumar Jain working as Astt. Prof. in SAM College of Engineering and Technology Bhopal. I have purchased one air cooler from LALAJI KI DUKAN 33, Vijay Market Barkhera Bhopal- 462023 Mobile: 8085570003.

Sir, they send me a cooler which are not working properly. I told them arround 10 times each day from the date of purchasing but they didnot repair it till now. At the time of purchasing, they commit me two years of warranty on that and complain resolved in 36 hours but they fail to attend my complain.

I have the estimate/bill issued from them on which TIN NO is marked. The TIN NO. is 23733604569. and receipt no. is 34.

Please help me.(I have Bill). I WANT MY AIR COOLER REPAIRED OR MONEY BACK.
