Wrong information regarding Lava B8

I purchased Lava B8 with facility of Wi Fi, but the handset is not working WiFi. I called Customer care Number 0120 4637333, but the call was put on hold and I had to disconnect the call after 15 minutes due to increasing my call charges.

I had written to company through email info@lavainternational.in, but no one is ready to hear.

The company is cheating with cunsumers, by providing wrong information and ignoring the grievance of consumers after purchase of product.

Please guide me.
