Non Availability of Charge

Dear Sir,

I Had purchased the Mobile from Reliance dealer in HRBR Layout

nearly six months back. Now the Charger for the same is not working and I have been running from pillar to post to search for the same. Even in the company website the list of service centres 99% of them do not pick up the phone or the phones are switched off. I was able to contact the Service Centre at Vijaynagar, Bangalore, but their response is also very arrogant. Sir having spent Rs 4500 for the mobile and unable to use the same is very irritating.

Please do help me out in this respect.
