Non availibility of Service on Extended Warranty

Dear Sir,

About a yaer back we had purchase the Microwave oven and were suggested by the dealer to take Extended Warranty which covers the glass plate also.

But today after complaining they say that the same is not included in the warranty.

First of all to get the person to come home was a Herculean task. We as a Consumers are suffering with such dealers. Pls advice,
