Delayed repair / replacement

I have lodged a complaint in your Jammu service centre last week for repair/replacement of the touch screen of lava A10 black, imei no: 910545500627412&20, purchased around 08 months back [ dec]. my complaint number is 319, dated:-19th july. the service centre is non-committal and has failed to rectify the error in the system. their replies are confusing. neither are they returning it nor repairing it.

Kindly look into the matter ASAP. my handset is under warranty period.
