New Tv not working Panel defective

Lodged the complaint on 3-01 complaint number 1101 030 22980 Technician from Neutron Service Centre, Prabhadevi visited on 4-01 and analyzed that Panel is defective and needs to be changed.and promised that it will be done in 2-3 days time.

till todate 14-01 nothing has been done, no phone nothing. when I talk at Neutron am only assured that it will be done in 2-3 days time. what is 2-3 days time frame as per your yardstick?

pls attend urgently.
