Problem in Touch Screen

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Lemon IT 515 handset on 06/08/10... After for days of use its started showing problems.. I submitted to the nearest Service center on 18/08/10.They promised me to return the set within three days. On inquiry the set is sent to Noida to Company's Service center. Calling to the dealer at bhubaneswar and the service center at Noida almost regularly without any specific result ..No corporation from the service center nor from the dealer as yet.1 Month has passed. Initiate action and ensure my set back to me.
