I have placed an order (471422) on 11-Oct. However I have not received any order details on mobile/sms/email after placing the order. I have also called them 3-4 times to get the order status but they say that it is under process. Also there is no facility to check the status on the website and their customer support on phone and email is pathetic. They never respond to email. Nobody picks up the phone even after 10 mins. You simple waste your time and money.
