Dear Sir,

I would like to say that I have purchased a Nokia cell phone model no. 2730C – 1 Black who’s IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) no. is 354870047904246 on 15th January’2011 but now it is totally dead. When I show it to the Nokia customer care they refused me to repair it, after opening the seal or screw. Even though there is no any physical damage in cell phone. The main problem it create it shows the white display some times and the cell phone get warm just in few minutes and after interval of fifteen minutes it get switched of automatically. I show it the nearest branch to my resident that is Durga Communication 48, Mall Road, Near G.T.B. Metro Station Ring Road, Kingsway camp, Delhi-110009 Mob: 9313131355, 9313131375.

Sir it is ridicules and unsatisfactory to the customer. Its my humble request to you that either repair it or replace it since it is in warranty period. The cell phone is issued to my name Prabhat.

Hope you would take any fast action to resolve this problem. A copy of this letter has been kept for the future reference. I want any result in just 7 working days. My full address and contact number is mentioned below. Currently I have kept the phone with the original bill.
