Hi,

I received my product for which order number is 385264.

After opening the product i am surprised to see that a different model number of same brand has been shipped to my place.

I opted for "Boss Star Sandwich Griller Toaster" whose Brand is Boss and Product code / Model number is B-507 / Star Griller

but instead of the above product i received "Boss Star Sandwich Toaster" whose Brand is Boss and Product code / Model number is B-506 / Star.

Model B-507/Star Griller comes with Grill and Sandwich plates which is missing in my order.

I received Model b-506/Star which has a default Grill plate in it. Please find attached the screenshot of the product i received.

The MRP of both the products are also different. MRP of the product i opt for (B-507) is Rs 1150 whereas the MRP of the product delivered to me

(B-506) is Rs 1060.

Moreover, I haven't received any bill of my product

When contacted Letsbuy team they told me that the product is out of stock and we will make refund of ur payment, but after 6 days still no one came to pick up my order and when i contacted letsbuy customer care team they are so cunning and disconnected my call again and again, its been very irritating and pathectic service, and when i asked one of there CCR to provide me his employee id he straightway refused to do so, plz help and beware from these fake sites. plz find my details below
