LG 1.0t split A/C
1 month old. Not working. No body comes

I have bought a new LG split A/C from Viveks, Mylapore last month. It worked for 10 days. There after no cooling. Only fan works. Went last saturday personally. I was told that technician will come only on Tuesday (after three days). I said that I am willing to wait for 3 days, but my experience is that you never take action. They sais tthat they will positively respond. Today is wednesday. No one turned up. Whom I should contact? Does LG sell a genuine machine? Why should the machine become faulty in less than a month's time.
