Abnormal sound of outdoor unit fan

I had purchased 1.5 Ton split AC of LG company on 22/04 from Electronic palace, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. Instead of repeated complaints of outdoor unit fan (abnormal sound) it has not been resolved so far. Details are as under:
