Non reciept of scratch&win gold coin from lg

My daughter purchased one 22inch lg lcd tv from bismi appliances kottayam branch on 19th august .its invoice no is 142. during that period there was a lg company offer of scratch&win coupon . in our coupon it was gold coin. we have submited the coupon with bismi kottayam. they told that they have not recieved the gold coin from company.&theywill call when they recieve it.after that we have cotacted the shop by phone several times. they are not giving proper answer for not giving the gold coin
