FAULTY INSTRUMENTS

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I had bought LG 3610 handset on 16-5 from your dealer Raj Collection (Borivali (West) to 1400/-Rs., but after a month the Instruments stopped working properly. We went to the dealer and he quoted 3228/- Rs. as repairing charges.

Instruments was of 1400/- Rs. and repairing charges are 3228/- Rs. which actually is in Warranty period. We buy LG product due to its quality and service, we would not expect LG to give such kind of service to its prestigious customer. Please look into the matter and change the Instruments into new one. Please positive reply as soon as earlier.
