Non installation of my AC

I have bought my AC in a finance scheme for Reliance Digital at an out-let in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 18th, May. The representatives/sales men in out-let had specifically committed that my AC will be installed the very next day. However till now no one has come to install the same and the AC is laying ideally at my place. Not only the company personnel have deceived me into buying the product from them on the pretext of false commitments but they have resorted to unfair trade practice in so far as that they have falsely represented, that the standard, quality and grade of services shall be as per best industrial practice. I have been inflicted with immense inconvenience and mental harassment. The injury and loss has directly flown from the negligence of the Company and has effected my legally protected interest, thus it pertinently attracts Section 14 (1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and an award of compensation is sine qua non.
