Delay in repair of handset

Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that, I have bought Nokia C5-05 on 14-01 (IMEI.NO 358300/04/017074/0). I got problem with the touch pad, and when I went to Nokia care RTC X ROADS hyderabad. They asked to me wait for 15 days as they were out of stock, when I went back after 15 days they said me again to wait for 1 more week, after 1 week when i called them they are asking me to wait one more week.this scene is repeating every time when i went to the care. I believed that nokia has got best service centers and bought handset from nokia, but now i'm loosing my hope on it

.Hope the concerned authority will take this issue as seriously and take action on it as quick as possible.
