LG AC
AMC service not honoured

Hi I bought AMC from LG for two of my ACs and paid Rs. 5294 (2647 for each). I was told that if I have any problem I call up their customer repair service and they will come up to fix my problems. And they did come up once for routine cleaning, but when I called up today to find out that my number is not in their system. In fact my record has been removed and on phone their customer rep had even problem locating Bangalore in their system. I don't know if LG has removed all the Bangalore records from their IT system or only mine. But I need them to honor my AMC agreement and send their person to my house to repair the ACs.
