Sir we have purchased two L.G a/c from Fomra Elecrticals, and we had called L.g Customer Care for the same to service the A/c on 4.4.10 they gave us a compliant no for the same which are 1040409276&1040009302 and said will be attened with in 24 hrs till date its not been attended by them, And when i called them today on 6.4.10 they are saying that their engg are busy so could not call u, And whern their enng are busy whey they give false commitment that u r call will be attended
