REMINDER FOR RNA 110830086899

Dear sir

we complaint regarding our AC for which u allot us Job No. RNA110825095058 and in response your engineer visited on 25.08.2011and after inspection of the AC he said that the compressor of the AC is not working but since this is in warranty it will be changed/repaired and the cost for this would be around Rs. - at which we agreed and asked him to do the needful. Your engineer assured us to visit again on 26.08.2011 to take the unit at service centre but till date nobody bothered to visit.

After waiting for about one week we again contacted your customer care and lodged the complaint in reference to same Job No. but to my surprise your customer care told us that your complaint has been cancelled as you did not receive the call, which is to the best of my knowledge is wrong. But he lodged a fresh complaint and alloted us a new Job No. RNA 110830086899 almost a week back and in response a call from your service centre was made on the next day to tell us the estimate for the job as around Rs. - at which we agreed and once again he assured us to visit next day but to our utter surprise once again no response from your side till date.

Sir, this is my humble request to you to ask your concerned person and make our job done as soon as possible as the teaching of the institute is suffering.
