Non attendance of Service Enginee

My complain No is RNA110529018736.

It was booked on Sunday last (29/05.)

The toll free number attendant told me that, the service engineer would be reaching at me within 24 hours.

But till date no body has come for the repairing work.

The machine is of 3 years old.

I am suffering a lot. What will be the second step that, I should follow.
