Microwave maintanance guarantee not honoured

I had paid for my microwave oven, a sum of thousand seven hundred and as a maintenance for a period of 4 years, in the month of Jan., THIS WAS ON THE PERSUASION OF THE LG maintenance people. Eight months later the oven stopped working. The maintenance crew came to check, then they said that the part is not available any more, so they could not do any thing. I cried foul, and contacted the head in charge, after passing me to various people, and making utmost promises that some one would see to it no one has come to this day. They have even stopped answering my phone! The details of the complaint are below. Model - M3-2342 AE .
