Broke AC during Service

Sir/Madam,

On 10th April, I called LG service engineer to service my Air Conditioner. During service, the engineer broke the digital panel of the Air conditioner. As a result, the Air Conditioner stopped working. When I told him to repair the AC, he told me that he did not have the part with him at that time. He assured me to get my Air conditioner repaired on that same day. I also logged a request at the LG Service Call Center.

The Complaint Number is: C1040903522 and the LG service center name is: Newcon Air, Tri Nagar, Delhi.

After that I did not hear even for a single time from LG, Even I complained for the same many time, but no response from them.

I also sent mails to LG Customer Care many times, but no response received. My AC is not working. Please help.
