False promise during sales

I have bought a LG refrigerator (Model GL - 365YMQG4) from LG Shoppe (Authorised dealer Manish Trex & Finvest Pvt. ltd., e-Mall 6, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata - 700072, Phone 033 2212 8782). During sale it was promissed that there is a exchange offer and they will pick up my existing old refrigerator within 30 minutes from the time they will install the new refrigerator. I bought it on 15th of May and until 25th May they have not kept their promise that was made during sale. I did several follow ups without success. Every time they make false promise. I do not know what to do.
