Not provide me a remote control

I have purchase 29" TV of LG brand's mercuse model in 2005.

now my remote control does not work. i need to purchase new remote control. but the company has not provide me a remote control till today. my call is pending from last 2 month, i call also in consumer case but no response. now the problem is that i can't use my expensive tv without remote. pl do needful. thanking you
