I am a retailer and i had a dent complain being the no RNA 110820038677, RNA 110904070756 respectively on one product, lg service india only forwarding the message to their respective service center but do not taking any initiative to solve the problem and the service center of our jurisdiction is advertising the distributor. and service in charge"s of that coy are also the same, they are also interested in selling in spite of the service
