LG color TV Flatron-400
Half screen of tv is visible only

I have purchased a color tv (flatron-400 model no 21FA2VGE-TB) from LG Shoppee mp nagar Bhopal some time in April. This TV is still in 7yr warrenty period. Since one n half month half of the picture of the tv sreen is disappeared. Hence only half upper part is visible. I have launched complaints twise to LG complaint but it is not attended by any service engineer of LG.The details of the complaints are given below :

1 C-1093013020 dated 30-09-10

2 C-10A3003403 dated 30-10-10

Discussion in details was also held with LG complaint services on 12-10-10. My tv is still unfunctional. Hope after this, the complain will be attended soon.
