Still I am waiting for the call of the Customer Service and also from the Service Center... VISIT OF THE ENGINEER IS VERY VERY FAR AWAY... But the remarks been updated to me from your customer care helpline is that the reminders are been updated...
KINDLY CONFIRM WHAT TO DO AS I AM TOTALLY HARASSED BY THE SERVICE BEEN PROVIDED BY LGE AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL OR VISIT IS BEEN DONE TO EXPlLAIN THE ISSUE OF THE FAULT.
