LCD TV - 42 inches

Dear Sir,

I had bought a 42 inches LG LCD (42LC4R) from Cams Corner here in Kolkata. The LCD is now 4 years old and it has all of a sudden stopped functioning. The service people of LG was called and they came and checked the same and they communicated the same that a spare part of the TV is not working so it has been ordered and they will replace it. But now a month has passed that no one came and instead I receive a call from the Service centre that my LCD has become Obsolete and the spare part is now not available. Please help me as my LCD costed me Rs 76, 000. Kindly help me to contact the LG electronics senior people and kindly get my LCD replaced.
