Not getting proper service/repair within warranty period

I have LG T 500 which is under warranty. I am not getting good response as well as proper cure/remedy of my handset . i have submitted twice at windsor plaza for repair and still problem is as it is above all i haven't got good response from LG customer care as well as their Area manager Mr. Chetan is even not lifting my call for solving my problem. I am facing this problem since last week and yet not it is solved
