FAULT IN TOUCHPAD SECOND TIME

I purachase a LG GD510 mobile handset from ahmedabad on 26th June-10. I have problem with the handset's touchpad on 15th July-10 and i went to ahmedabad to repair it. Than i got my handset back on 15th Aug-10. Then again same problem with my handset on 20th Oct-10 and i went to ahmedabad again.

So I have a question I paid 6200/- rs. cash then my handset have problems whitin 3 months

I want to replace my handset or my money back.
