Remote repai

For your kind information last two months i am follow up with L.G Costomer care & their Executives but they dont give right response.

I have purchased L.C.D 26 inch from Gurgaon Surya Electronics in Feb.

on 30th june after my complaints Mr Baljit (L.G employee) has came at my home and collect remote for service but still i am not recieved my repaired remote.

After lots of telephonic discution with Mr Baljit & Rajesh (Mobile no. are 9354666127, 9354666125.) they dont give positive responce.

Yesterday i am also write a mail to Mr Utsav Kumar his email id is (gurcco@l.gindia.com) for this all matter but no responce at still.
