SIR/MAM,

With ref to above mentioned claim nos you are requested to look

into the matter & do the need full asap, we have already intimated

two times but no response received from your side, even 1st claim was

repudiated without any prior information to us or even without any

talk.

The same problem has been encountered 2nd time, The product

may be replaced. This was not a good experience with your LG

product, even i have 1 more AC of Blue Star which did not give any kind

of problem.
