Mobile not working propely

LG mobile model GX300 has got a charging problems.. we have given mobile to service center but the exuces are given that product part is been in waiting list since i am facing problems of phone calls bcause my mobile is in service center of panvel till last week.. so i kindly request u to give attention towards my complaint.. my name is madhukar patil.. my bill no is RE4018
