We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The incoming call was not able to hear which was rectified by your nokia care division in mayur vihar. Then just after three days it had a problem of display while making call or incoming call the display goes just black (blank). The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Still (till date) my set is with nokia care, mayur vihar since 29-07-11,
