LG mobile model no.KM 501
Hang problem

Espected sir,

I had purchasae LG mobile model no. KM501on 11th march but from the second day onwards the set is not functioning properly its got a big hang problem it uswaly get hanged when any message is received .i had given my set to the nearest LG service center for the complete sowtware checking but then also my problem is not at all solved..i have to switch it off again and again when it gets hanged...

so, please sir i kindly request you to replace my set as soon as possible because the problem is occuring in my set more than three or four times in a day... and i m not at all satisfied with this piece.
