32" LCD TV

I have purchased a 32” LCD, Model no. 32LX2R-TE-ATRUH, SNo. 611KCUK31846 from LG at Noida and its performance was found to be satisfactory. The above TV is under AMC from LG till Nov’2011. From the past three months, I am facing the serious problem and presently TV is almost out of services since twenty days. The chronological history of the outage is as under.

1. The above TV developed problem since july’2011 with complaint of frequent blackout problem/shutting down and accordingly complaint was lodged on 20th july’2011 vide complaint no. RNA 110720023325. The problem persists for about ten days. Interactions were done through customer services and locally at NOIDA with Lead/services engineers but without any results.

2. Complaint no RNA 110802012841 DATED 2ND August’11 was again lodged and after this the problem was rectified and TV was made operational.

3. After a gap of about 20-25 days the same problem was observed and complaint was lodged vide complaint no. RNA 110901085222 on 1st September’11.Till then the problem is being taken up/discussed almost on daily basis with service centre and service engineer/lead engineer at Noida but the TV has not been rectified till date.

4. LG is a reputed MNC from Korea with ISO Certification and the customer services from such reputed Company is of prime importance. It can be seen from the above that the customer services is almost neglected from top to bottom and probably no body from supplier is interested in customer complaint /satisfaction.

5. Since the TV is not getting rectified, It is requested that the same may be replaced with new piece of equipment or customer may be paid accordingly to purchase a new piece.
