I bought a new Android phone (LG P500) on Dec 31st 2010. I checked its headphone after two days only. I found that was not working. As a customer i went to LG service centre near marthahalli and they told same is not available and it will take one week to replace else i need to visit other LG service centers. As a customer i paid more than 12K for this phone and found necessary gadget is not working. What testing these LG is doing on their product before shipping??? Request everyone to test your mobile phone, its battery, charger and headphone at the time of purchase.
