I had purcahesd new lg refrigarator two year back but, since purchase of this, within the period of six month the door locking and door gasket problem were getting started. The cockroch and other insect enterred in side the fridge. Ii made complaint for this but even second time the person from service center comes and repaired it but the same problem get start after few days. it seems that the service center people are not so keen about thier job and not bothered about the customer satisfaction. Moreover as warranty period is over now they charge hefty amount. As the company name is famous for consumer good but if this type of problem could not solve then it will loose the customer faith. i am now fedup whetther i should sell this fridge and purchase the another brand. I hope for immediate solution of my acomplaint.
